Reminiscing...
Good morning . I'm sitting in my room and waiting for my grand daughter to get ready to be taken to school . Its early in the morning so guess I'll try to blog a little. My mind goes every which way because I want to write every thing at once.Well, I hear my daughter is back O K.
I'll tell you about my family and myself. To start, we were five kids; two boys and three girls . We were very close and played games together. Some times ,well when I think of it , I feel sorry for children who have to be raised alone. Hearing the screaming and laughter as we ran and played makes me feel happy and sad ,but mostly glad that I can have those memories.
We moved a lot so we were blessed to have each other, but all things weren't beds of roses. Dad was always there to dish out our just deserts when we needed to be corrected. Those willow switches sure stung! The good part was,we got to go get our own switch. Well, as the switches got smaller and shorter, dad finally caught on but they got a laugh out of it! Of course the babies only got a couple of licks, but we were older and "should have known better".
Guess I had better go now and start my work and do more next time. I don't like continued things, do you? See you soon at Miz Micks Place!
